Welcome to StellarTalk! To ensure a smooth, respectful, and productive learning experience for everyone, please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions. By booking or attending any class, you agree to the policies below.
1.1. Trial Classes must be booked at least 1 day in advance so teachers can properly prepare.
1.2. Regular Classes must be booked at least 2 days in advance to guarantee teacher availability.
1.3. Students are responsible for selecting their preferred schedule through StellarTalk’s booking system.
1.4. Teachers may request schedule adjustments when necessary, and students will be informed promptly.
Package Validity:
10-Class Package – valid for 30 days
20-Class Package – valid for 60 days
40-Class Package – valid for 90 days
10-Class IELTS Package – valid for 30 days
2.2. Expired classes cannot be extended, refunded, or carried over to a new package.
2.3. Students are encouraged to schedule sessions ahead of time to ensure all classes are used.
3.1. Student Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the class to avoid being charged.
3.2. Classes cancelled less than 2 days before the schedule are considered consumed.
3.3. Missed Classes / No-Shows are automatically marked as consumed.
3.4. If a teacher unexpectedly misses a class, StellarTalk will reschedule the session at the soonest available time. No free make-up classes are provided.
3.5. If the teacher is late, the full class duration will still be honored or adjusted accordingly.
4.1. Students may rebook or reschedule classes at least 2 days in advance through the official booking portal.
4.2. Rebooking less than 2 days prior is not allowed and will be counted as consumed.
5.1. All payments are final. StellarTalk does not offer refunds for any packages or individual sessions.
5.2. All purchased classes must be consumed within their validity period.
5.3. Failure to attend, schedule, or complete lessons does not qualify for refunds or extensions.
5.4. Prices may change, but confirmed purchases will honor the price at the time of payment.
6.1. Students must treat teachers and staff with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
6.2. Any form of rudeness, verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, or malicious behavior is strictly prohibited.
6.3. Sexual, inappropriate, vulgar, or suggestive language or actions are strictly forbidden.
6.4. Students exhibiting any of the above behaviors may have their classes suspended or terminated without refund.
6.5. StellarTalk reserves the right to ban students who violate behavioral guidelines.
7.1. Teachers will maintain professionalism, respect, and punctuality.
7.2. Teachers are prohibited from soliciting personal information beyond what is necessary for the class.
7.3. Any inappropriate behavior from teachers should be reported immediately for investigation.
8.1. Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, functioning microphone, webcam, and a quiet study environment.
8.2. If a student encounters technical issues during class, the time lost is not refundable and the class is still considered consumed.
8.3. If technical issues occur on the teacher’s side, the class will be rescheduled at no cost.
9.1. Students must keep their login details confidential.
9.2. Sharing accounts or booking classes for another person using your account is prohibited.
9.3. StellarTalk may suspend accounts suspected of misuse.
10.1. Students may not record any class without the express permission of StellarTalk.
10.2. Unauthorized recording, screenshotting, or distribution of lesson content is strictly prohibited.
11.1. Lesson materials provided by StellarTalk are for personal learning use only.
11.2. Materials may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed publicly.
12.1. StellarTalk reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
12.2. Changes take effect once posted on the website or platform.
12.3. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

4.2. 小于2天的改期不允许，并将计入已使用。
5.1. 所有付款均为最终付款。StellarTalk 不提供任何套餐或单节课程的退款。
5.2. 所有已购买课程必须在有效期内使用。
5.3. 未参加、未安排或未完成课程不符合退款或延期条件。
5.4. 价格可能会变化，但已确认购买将遵循付款时的价格。
6.1. 学生必须尊重教师和工作人员，保持专业和礼貌。
6.2. 严禁任何形式的粗鲁、辱骂、骚扰、歧视或恶意行为。
6.3. 严禁使用性、粗俗或暗示性语言或行为。
6.4. 违反以上行为的学生，其课程可能被暂停或终止且不退款。
6.5. StellarTalk 保留禁止违规学生的权利。
7.1. 教师应保持专业、尊重和准时。
7.2. 教师不得索取课堂之外的个人信息。
7.3. 如发现教师不当行为，应立即报告调查。
8.1. 学生需确保网络稳定，麦克风和摄像头正常，以及安静学习环境。
8.2. 学生因技术问题导致的时间损失不予补偿，课程仍视为已使用。
8.3. 教师端发生技术问题，课程将免费重新安排。
9.1. 学生需保密登录信息。
9.2. 禁止共享账户或为他人预订课程。
9.3. 若怀疑账户被滥用，StellarTalk 可暂停该账户。
10.1. 未经 StellarTalk 明确许可，学生不得录制课程。
10.2. 未授权录制、截图或分发课程内容均被严格禁止。
11.1. StellarTalk 提供的课程资料仅供个人学习使用。
11.2. 资料不得复制、分享、出售或公开传播。
12.1. StellarTalk 保留必要时更新条款与条件的权利。
12.2. 更改自发布于网站或平台时生效。
12.3. 继续使用平台即表示接受更新后的条款。

패키지 유효기간:
10회 패키지 – 30일 유효
20회 패키지 – 60일 유효
40회 패키지 – 90일 유효
10회 IELTS 패키지 – 30일 유효
2.2. 유효기간이 지난 수업은 연장, 환불 또는 새 패키지로 이월할 수 없습니다.
2.3. 모든 수업을 사용하도록 미리 일정을 계획하는 것이 좋습니다.
3.1. 학생 취소는 최소 2일 전에 해야 하며, 그렇지 않으면 수업이 소진 처리됩니다.
3.2. 2일 미만 취소된 수업은 소진된 것으로 간주됩니다.
3.3. 결석/노쇼는 자동 소진 처리됩니다.
3.4. 교사가 갑작스럽게 결석하면 StellarTalk은 가능한 빠른 시간에 수업을 재조정하지만, 무료 보충수업은 제공되지 않습니다.
3.5. 교사가 지각한 경우 수업 전체 시간이 유지되거나 적절히 조정됩니다.
4.1. 학생은 공식 예약 포털을 통해 최소 2일 전에 수업을 재예약 또는 변경할 수 있습니다.
4.2. 2일 미만 재예약은 허용되지 않으며 소진 처리됩니다.
5.1. 모든 결제는 최종 결제입니다. StellarTalk은 어떤 패키지 또는 단일 수업도 환불하지 않습니다.
5.2. 구매한 모든 수업은 유효기간 내에 사용해야 합니다.
5.3. 수업에 참석하지 않거나 완료하지 않은 경우 환불 또는 연장 대상이 아닙니다.
5.4. 가격이 변경될 수 있지만, 결제 시 확인된 가격이 적용됩니다.
6.1. 학생은 교사 및 직원에게 존중과 전문성을 유지해야 합니다.
6.2. 무례, 욕설, 괴롭힘, 차별 또는 악의적 행동은 엄격히 금지됩니다.
6.3. 성적, 부적절하거나 음란한 언어 및 행동은 금지됩니다.
6.4. 위 행동을 한 학생은 수업이 중단되거나 종료될 수 있으며 환불되지 않습니다.
6.5. StellarTalk은 행동 규칙을 위반한 학생을 차단할 권리를 보유합니다.
7.1. 교사는 전문성, 존중 및 시간 엄수를 유지해야 합니다.
7.2. 교사는 수업에 필요한 것 이상의 개인 정보를 요청할 수 없습니다.
7.3. 부적절한 행동은 즉시 보고되어야 합니다.
8.1. 학생은 안정적인 인터넷 연결, 정상 작동하는 마이크 및 웹캠, 조용한 학습 환경을 유지해야 합니다.
8.2. 학생 측 기술 문제로 수업 시간이 손실되더라도 환불되지 않으며, 수업은 소진 처리됩니다.
8.3. 교사 측 기술 문제 발생 시, 수업은 무료로 재조정됩니다.
9.1. 학생은 로그인 정보를 비공개로 유지해야 합니다.
9.2. 계정 공유 또는 다른 사람을 위해 수업을 예약하는 것은 금지됩니다.
9.3. 계정 남용이 의심되는 경우, StellarTalk은 계정을 일시 중지할 수 있습니다.
10.1. StellarTalk의 명시적 허가 없이는 수업을 녹화할 수 없습니다.
10.2. 무단 녹화, 스크린샷 또는 수업 내용 배포는 엄격히 금지됩니다.
11.1. StellarTalk에서 제공하는 수업 자료는 개인 학습용으로만 사용 가능합니다.
11.2. 자료를 복사, 공유, 판매 또는 공개 배포할 수 없습니다.
12.1. StellarTalk은 필요 시 이용약관을 업데이트할 권리를 보유합니다.
12.2. 변경 사항은 웹사이트 또는 플랫폼에 게시되는 즉시 효력이 발생합니다.
12.3. 계속해서 플랫폼을 사용하는 경우, 업데이트된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
